The MPA Weekly Showcase for April 22-29

Welcome to the Mobile Photo Awards Weekly Showcase for April 22-29.

This week’s selection features tremendous entries from MPA stalwarts Karen Divine, Robert-Paul Jansen and Souichi Furusho as well as top shelf work from MPA newcomers Andrew Chapman, Andrew Proudlove and the always excellent Bryan Pahia. The entries continue to provoke and force us to stop and look: the sensual and timeless feeling captured by Jeanette Serrat’s Réflectivité caught our eye immediately as did the gripping detail of Michael Hill’s Contemplation. Who wouldn’t look twice at the odd little building and brilliant color captured in Shel Serkin’s 24 Hours Video? The composition of the suitably titled Alienation by Alon Goldsmith is really special. And so many more!

It was a wonderful week of entries, really hard for us to choose. If we haven’t yet featured one of your pieces please keep submitting, we are always on the look-out for new work. We hope you enjoy this week’s showcase.
